Welcome to House Official Inc. (“House Official,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website https://www.houseofficial.ca (the “Site”) and purchasing event tickets, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

You must be at least 19+ years old to purchase tickets on our site.
 

3. Ticket Sales

  • All tickets are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted unless required by law.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or violation of these Terms.

 

4. Event Changes and Cancellations

If an event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, House Official Inc. will provide clear instructions regarding refunds, credits, or ticket transfers.
If one or more artists are unable to perform, the event will proceed as scheduled unless officially canceled in its entirety. House Official Inc. is not responsible for tickets purchased through third-party resellers.

 

5. Payment

Payments are securely processed by Wix. By completing a purchase, you authorize House Official to charge your chosen payment method for the total order, including any applicable fees and taxes. We do not store full credit card details.

 

6. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and all activity that occurs under it.
Notify us immediately at support@houseofficial.ca if you suspect unauthorized access.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, images, and code—is owned by House Official Inc. or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

 

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any illegal or abusive purpose

  • Interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access

  • Use bots or automated systems to purchase tickets unfairly

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House Official Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or attendance at any event.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
